Asterione e Cables#: il tema ed il media
Cosa succede quando al centro del labirinto incontriamo il minotauro?
Qui inizia il primo capitolo della nostra ricerca, che da un lato indaga i processi di negoziazione tra il singolo ed il culturale, dall’altro sperimenta tecniche coerenti alla restituzione di quanto emerso.
Attraverso la coppia tematica Minotauro-Labirinto, il primo capitolo tratta il rapporto tra le persone e il loro ambiente: i luoghi (strada, parco pubblico, luoghi di vacanza) e gli interni (casa, ufficio, centro commerciale) in cui vivono e si comportano.
I nostri principali fari guida in questa prima fase sono stati i pensieri di pensatori e romanzieri come Borges, Eco, Benjamin, Calvino, Sanguineti, Pasolini.
Grazie al racconto di Borges ‘La casa di Asterione’, questo inizio coincide con l’ingresso in un labirinto che auspichiamo alla fine riveli avere la struttura di un rizoma.

Chapter 1
Asterion and Cables#: the theme and the media
What’s happen when we got to the center of the Maze and we meet the Minotaur?
Here starts the first chapter of our research, which, on one hand investigate the negotiation processes between the individual and his or her culture; on the other, testing medial technique in order to show what had been found.
Through the thematic pair Minotaur-Labyrinth, the first chapter deals with the relationship between people and their own environment: the places (street, public park, vacation sites) and the interiors (house, office, mall) in which they live and behave.
Our major headlights guide on this first phase have been the thoughts of thinkers and novelist as Borges, Eco, Benjamin, Calvino, Sanguineti, Pasolini.
Thank to Borges short novel ‘The House of Asterion’, our first step led us straight into a maze, which, we hope, in the end, will revealing itself to be structured as a rhizome.
